I'm heated man really,I just found out the I am a victim of art theft. I am really trying to be calm and clearheaded about this situation, but this type of thing just does not sit well with me. I am not the kind of individual who handles this type of thing well. And on top of that it being SOLD in chain of major department stores. DAMN, DAMN, DAMN.

I gonna go find out what I can legally do about this shit. I just can't let this go.

First, of all it is a damn sketch they stole from something I did 2 years ago. 2 YEARS AGO.

Second, they pulled it off of web, which means it 72 DPI on a damn t-shirt. Just looking at the thing makes me grind my teeth and I have not done the in the long time. The crap looks horrible. Its blurry, faded looking and downright shitty.

Third, It some how now on someone else website. And I am not sure if someone sold it to that site or someone from that site stole it. So I am kinda at a loss there.

Forth, it is now in a (MAJOR) major department store chain being sold for 25 dollar. 25 DOLLARS. 25 Dollars a pop.

Fifth, it has characters that I do not legally own nor have I even tried to every make money off of. It was a damn sketch I did in like 10 mins on the bus while coming home from work one day. I did it for fun, for practice and now its being sold because some movie is being made based on the property.

I was so having a good day until that happened. It's been frustrating as hell because I am looking for a new job and the economy sucks, but then some shit like this has to happens and totally ruins my day even further. I was going to my first all you can eat place and pig the hell out on the cheap. But, some how right before I get up to place my order my boy drops this in my lap and says,"here, check this out it reminded me of your work."

I was literally stunned when I saw what was,"really because thats mine, I m@@@@@ F@@@'@@ drew it.

"oh shit really" he says.

"yeah like 2 years ago is on my raw sketch art blog."

So after that I couldn't really eat I had like 8 slices of pizza and tried not to go postal with all those kiddies around. My boys had to calm me down and take my mind off this sketchy crap.

So in a nut shell that's is how my day went.

I am sorry if this is bit incoherent or a lot. I just had to vent.
